The aim of the research group was to examine, analyze and present, through a nationwide sample, using a wide range of methodologies, how the organizations responded to the HR solutions used by the Covid-19 crisis. Currently, several studies are investigating the consequences of Covid-19 in Hungary, however, this initiative was unique.
