    This is the third session in the Working for Health 2030 webinar series, jointly hosted by WHO and NHS England. This seminar will address the changing strategies employed by public health experts when dealing with emerging public health threats, as well as the obstacles encountered in safeguarding and promoting public health and fostering cooperation among health system partners. Key topics to be explored include:

    • The primary challenges that health systems have confronted and will confront in the future within the realm of public health and the necessary steps to address these challenges.
    • Opportunities to cultivate a more expansive and sustainable public health workforce, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral cooperation.
    • The pivotal role played by public health professionals in offering and nurturing leadership not only within health systems but also in addressing public health crises and emergencies on a broader scale.
