Description
This course aims to prepare participants for effective health project implementation in resource-constrained environments by emphasizing strategic planning, situation analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Through case studies and group exercises, attendees will learn to analyze the current situation, identify priorities, and evaluate interventions using project cycle management tools and the Logical Framework Approach. They will also gain the ability to define success indicators, incorporate monitoring and evaluation, and budget for interventions. Ultimately, this course equips participants with the skills to align interventions with national health policies, address population needs, and design health programs or projects using standard planning methodologies.
