    Source of data Data for the Registry are collected from the following sectors: Health care; Social welfare; Education; War Veterans; Croatian Pension Insurance Institute; State Administration Office; Department for Expertise and Professional Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.

    Disabilities Registry is divided into general and special part. General part provides personal data: name, sex, unique citizen number, place of birth, permanent and temporary residence, education, vocation and maritial status. Special part gives information about types of physical and mental impairments, namely: vision impairments, hearing impairments, speech articulation impairments, locomotor impairments, impairments of the central and peripheral nervous systems, impairments of other organs and organ systems (respiratory, circulatory, digestive, endocrine, skin and subcutaneous, and urogenital), intelectual disability, autism, mental disorders and other types of impairments.
