The ENSE microdata files are for public use, not identifiable, and therefore do not require agreements for their use. They contain records of the natural persons or households that answered the survey, but anonymized so that it is not possible to identify the person interviewed, either directly (by name, address, an identification number, etc.) or indirectly (the one who is obtained by combining especially infrequent characteristics of the people interviewed, such as age, country of birth or occupation), eliminating the variables that could allow such identification.Access to partially anonymized data for research (files of microdata with a higher level of disaggregation or with some additional variable those for public use) must be duly justified, proceed with the request for a recognized research entity and obtain the corresponding agreement from transfer, depending on the requirements of the level of protection of the data requested.Contact in: encuestas@sanidad.gob.es  or  informacionsanitaria@sanidad.gob.es
