The National Register of Permits for Operating Public Pharmacies, Pharmacy Points and the Register of Consents Granted for Operating Hospital and Company Pharmacies, abbreviated as the Register of Pharmacies, is kept by the locally competent Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorates in accordance with Art. 107 of the Pharmaceutical Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 6 November 2012 on the description of the ICT system in which the National Register of Permits for Operating Public Pharmacies, Pharmacy Points and the Register of Consents Granted for Operating Hospital and Company Pharmacies are kept.

The register provides information, inter alia, on the scope of the permit, the owner or the address of the pharmacy. This register is the reference source of information on pharmacies operating throughout the country.
