The Register of Entities Performing Medicinal Activities (RPWDL) is an open, electronic register kept by a specific registration authority. In the case of medical entities, this authority is the voivode competent for the seat or place of residence of the entity.

RPWDL is an electronic register kept in accordance with the Act on Medical Activity. In the public part of the Register, the user may obtain information on entities performing medical activities, including:

• Healthcare entities
• Professional practitioner of doctors and dentists
• Professional apprentice of nurses and midwives

In the part available after logging in, the Registry allows, among others:
1) creating applications:

• for entry of the entity into the Register;
• for entry of changes in the Register;
• for deletion of the entity from the Register;

2) sending the signed application electronically in an electronic form
3) downloading certificates
4) storage and subsequent access to work requests signed as well asand sent electronically.
