    Description

The purpose of the FinHealth 2017 Study is to collect up-to-date information on the health and well-being, functional capacity as well as needs and use of health services among adult residents in Finland, and on the factors influencing their health and well-being. Through the follow-up study we aim to find out how these factors have been affected by the coronavirus epidemic. The information provided by the survey will be used to investigate measures needed for the prevention, management and treatment of epidemics such as the corona virus (COVID-19) epidemic.

    Funding

The survey was funded by the budgetary funds of the Finnish Institute of the Health and Welfare and through special funds by the Finnish Parliament to study impact of COVID-19
