QUANTUM Helpdesk was established during the QUANTUM Data Quality and Utility Tool piloting phase, when partners were exploring the tool use during the tool piloting phase. An FAQ was compiled during the piloting phase by replying to the questions raised by QUANTUM project partners when doing the hands-on assessment of the quality of their workflows and datasets with the QUANTUM Data Quality, Utility and Maturity tool, and making the replies available to a wider community.
