    The 28th annual meeting of WHO/Europe's Regions for Health Network (RHN) is scheduled for November 15-17, 2023, in Seville, Andalusia, Spain. Established in 1992, RHN serves as a collaborative platform for over 30 regions, various partners, and WHO European Region Member States to exchange knowledge, insights, and best practices with the goal of improving health and well-being, ensuring universal access to quality care, safeguarding against health emergencies, and promoting health through science, data, and innovation. Hosted by Andalusia, one of RHN's longstanding members, this meeting will revolve around the theme "Health for all: addressing challenges, sharing experiences," offering a forum to discuss and exchange insights on advancing One Health, humanizing healthcare, enhancing healthcare delivery efficiency, optimizing primary healthcare, and progressing in digital health.
